There were the quarter final games. A little controversy with Team Prince bring in some players from Woodson (D.C.) to play. A damned if you do and damned if you don’t situation- (you win- you did it with “outside talent” whatever that means, you lose and …well you can figure it out.)
But there were great games and there was

I was excited to get out to Brownsville Recreational Center for the championship of Carlton Screens FYA Spring Basketball Tournament 2008, 15U Championship game between The Pythons (Long Island) vs The Stompers (Brooklyn).
“Big Screen” says
“The 15U Championship game at the World Famous BRC last night was everything that was expected. There were 18 lead changes, plenty of clutch shooting, great defense by both teams, only 4 points seperated the teams the whole game. It went into overtime and The Pythons came out on top, with a last second game winning shot by the MVP Dante Agnew. The Pythons went undefeated in the tournament. The Stompers had nothing to be ashamed of they played their hearts out, down to the last second, J. Kellman received the Sportsmanship award. I would like to thank both coaches and their teams, for a great tournament, and showing a lot of class.”
’nuff said!!
I get to the IS 8 Quarter finals. Traditionally at least from my standpoint the most exciting games in the tournament.

It is true, I have been neglecting the site. A little drama here and there.
But now I am here with the bulk fo the IS 8 Playoffs and the Players Choice/Jay Wills AAU Tournament @ Fordham University.
So with a little cpu adjustment and upgrade we will be up with that and more very soon…
